I had a 1pm appointment and waited almost 4 hours for a tire rotation/balance and a wheel alignment. I later find out my car was ready but nobody at the service center ever made me aware. Nor was there any concession for the irresponsible service provided today by Coggin Toyota at the Avenues. I have been a long time customer and was extremely disappointed with the drop in service. Went to browse and came home with a new Toyota Tacoma truck. Anton Palaj was very helpful in showing me around and answering all my questions. I got my car serviced here and the other day, I looked into my hood and noticed that I did not have a battery cover and I came in and they tried to tell me that my car did not come with a battery cover or into my hood and noticed that I did not have a battery cover and I came in and they tried to tell me that my car did not come with a battery cover or engine cover, which it didn’t come with an engine cover, but I’m like OK did it come with a battery cover finally from parts said it did come with the battery cover and that he would order it for me and I can come back on Thursday which today is Thursday and I told him the time that he would I was gonna come by because I will be getting off of work and he told me yeah I can come by and I’m like are you sure it’s gonna be here on Thursday cause I don’t wanna come and not be there cause long day at work you know so turns out there people have no idea they say oh there’s no parts in there.probably my last time servicing here. I have been a Coggin customer since moving to Jacksonville area for close to 2 years. Today’s service on my Highlander was as consistent as the many others I have experienced, Excellent! I now have close to 100,000 miles on my vehicle, I follow the recommended guidelines by Toyota and my car works as if new each time. My Service Advisor, Darian is perhaps the best automobile dealership service advisor I have ever experienced. He is welcoming, knowledgeable and efficient. I trust his judgement and recommendation as he cares about my safety and getting me the best performance from my investment in a Toyota. More
