Have always taken my Toyotas to Coggin for service even if purchased at another dealership at a better price. However my last visit of oil change and new spark plugs was a real shock when I saw that over 7 if purchased at another dealership at a better price. However my last visit of oil change and new spark plugs was a real shock when I saw that over 74% of my bill of $628 was LABOR!! This has made me rethink where I might take my Sequoia for service going forward. Your oil changes are way past being economical but I trust Coggin. However I have my limit. We also bring my wife’s Lexus for service and just paid a large amount over $1700 due to a sun roof leak. Again, a shocking labor charge but we had little choice. Two of my neighbors refuse to take their Tundra and 4 Runner to Coggin due to their own reasons of which I won’t try to explain. I remained loyal but this last visit made me feel like I was helping make a big commission for a service underwriter as I just don’t remember ever having such a discrepancy. I have owned 7 Or 8 Toyotas and Coggin has made a lot of money from sales and/or service. I ran a 16 billion dollar company and understand Revenue vs cost as well as Present and Future values. We consumers have ours as well. Hate feeling the way we do. Thanks for listening. More

My father had to have his car towed to this dealership on Sunday when no one was on site. On Monday morning, our service representative Christopher Boykin contacted us immediately to obtain vehicle informati Sunday when no one was on site. On Monday morning, our service representative Christopher Boykin contacted us immediately to obtain vehicle information so that he could have a diagnostic performed. We never had to chase him down. He kept us posted with significant status updates cordially and professionally. It was a very good experience!! More
Took my car into the dealership for an oil change and regular maintenance. Found out by John there was a recall on two things, he made sure to get those two things plus my maintenance done in a timely m regular maintenance. Customer service could use some work! Not please with my experience. Made an appointment and still had to wait almost 4 hours for a very minor fix. Associates were rude. Understaffed. HONEST REVIEW: Stay away from Salesman Bryan Gering. Sean, Danny, Mr. Clark GM all were helpful and kind and professional, but Bryan was completely unprofessional, rude, threatening, unresponsive and Sean, Danny, Mr. Clark GM all were helpful and kind and professional, but Bryan was completely unprofessional, rude, threatening, unresponsive and a liar. He tried to scam us by adding additional costs into our already agreed upon final price and then tried to blame us at the final paperwork signing. The management at the dealership finally got involved and removed Bryan from the process. He threatened to pull our entire deal. Completely disgusting behavior! More
