Toyota Corprate are honestly the worst people I have ever tried to talk to when having a problem. Very , very disappointing. I might not buy a another Toyota just because Toyota corprate and the way they handled the problem with my truck and took months to fix. The made there dealership look bad. And had no resolution. They sold me a truck that they knew had a preexisting maintenance problem. I would of never bought the truck if I knew about the truck defect. The only thing that saved them was the dealership. And I had to put a lot of pressure on them at the time to get my brand new SR5 Tundra repaired. I waisted a lot of time , money and enery for something I should of never had to do when buying a brand new 60 thousand dollar vechicle. More
