I’m not from Jacksonville. Came in on a Sunday night and stopped at a Buc-ee’s in St. Augustine for gas. I then could not get my car started for 5-10 minutes. Acted like it was Came in on a Sunday night and stopped at a Buc-ee’s in St. Augustine for gas. I then could not get my car started for 5-10 minutes. Acted like it was flooded. Thankfully it started and I arrive in Jacksonville. On Tuesday I drove into my appointment and on the way back the check engine light came on. Not a good sign. I called Coggin around 11:30am and they gave me a 12:20 appointment. Ruben Simo was our service consultant. He told us it would be an hour and a half or so before he would know something. It was Valentines day and he took the time to snag a fresh rose and give it to my wife. They had the vehicle for three hours and put it through it’s paces, and said it was most likely bad gas. Nothing wrong with the car… that will be $94 for the diagnostic fee. I was shocked and pleasantly surprised! Then on top of that, Ruben ran our 2017 Highlander through their car wash! Wow is all I can say. Thanks Ruben and Thanks Coggin! More
