I am a young, 22-year-old and have NEVER been to the dealership besides car buying my first car years prior. This was the ONE and ONLY dealership I visited for to look for my second car and I would reco dealership besides car buying my first car years prior. This was the ONE and ONLY dealership I visited for to look for my second car and I would recommend Toyota of the Avenues to friends or family. I made an early appointment with Jim Miller at the dealership (8/5/23) with three goals in mind: to test drive one of their used cars, check out the technology of the car, and was prepared to buy if I liked the car and loved the price, and Coggin Toyota at the Avenues made this happen!! Coggin Toyota gave me $500 MORE for my trade in, and also gave me their best offer for their used car being at a FAIR PRICE!! If you have had issues with dealerships in the past, you should come to this one. I worked with Jim Miller from sales, who was very responsive, and also Dmitry Greyber, the sales manager. On the back end of the transaction, I worked with Mario, the financial manager, and he was fantastic. I enjoyed how Mario explained each of the maintenance and insurance packages, while providing brochures, and even printed out the specific terms and conditions for me to read over. I really appreciated how hard all three employees at Coggin Toyota worked to get me out of the dealership with a newer, safer vehicle (8/12/23). This used car market is interesting, and if I will definitely go back if I need anything in the future. This is an experience I will NEVER forget as a first-time car buyer. -Kennedy More

Long wait. Jacob Service rep not at desk had to chase down. Jacob was rude in comments to Colleen. This is third time we brought car in for windows making a scraping noise when they roll down, one of them is still doing that!! Either changing service rep or going to Arlington Toyota next time. Terrible service. I do NOT recommend. I made an appointment and arrived about 10 minutes before hand. It was very chaotic. Cars everywhere. No one came out so I went i I do NOT recommend. They told me there would be a 3 hour wait before they get to my vehicle. I asked why would you make so many appointments at the same time and they told me, oh well, that's the way it is. I also spoke to a manager and he told me the same thing. I will never buy another car from this dealership due to the terrible service dept. If you can't get service from a dealership, why buy the car there. After basically being told, too bad, there is nothing they can do so I will just have to wait, I then left the dealership. I called Arlington Toyota on my way home and they gave me an appointment the next day. I went there and the service was great. They had my vehicle inside in about 5 minutes and my service took less than an hour. I give Arlington Toyota 5 Stars and will buy my next Toyota from them. Coggin Toyota, I will NEVER go back. More
