Wrong part was ordered for my car. Took off work for nothing. Had to order the new part (hopefully its the right one) and had to reschedule to another day. James however was very nice. On another visit prior to this one (for an oil change) they put the wrong mileage down when to come back for the next oil change and after taking off work again for when I was told, it was not time for the oil change. Waste of time, gas and PTO AGAIN! Now I'm wondering when my car really is due! Have not been happy with the Toyota at the Avenues. My suggestion others and what I might do is take it to Jacksonville Chrysler Dodge and ask for Wyatt Rouse. He's the best parts guy around. More
