This review is an update to a review written 10/12/2011, referring to a maintenance contract written wrongly by a previous finance person when I purchased a new Toyota Prius. After talking with one person at the dealership and being hung up on during our conversation I contacted DealerRater to post a review. I was subsequently contacted by the General Manager, George Girjel and he set up an appointment with the Finance Director, Jeremiah Soltis. I brought all my paperwork and he agreed the previous finance person had wrongly written the contract. Jeremiah called the company holding the maintenance/service contract and immediately corrected the mistake. The sales and service department have always been very professional and I will continue to do business at Coggin Toyota At The Avenues. More

I wanted to recognize the level of service that I was provided by Nick Daris. Nick, was honest, detailed, and clear in everything that he told me and said. With that being said it is evident that Nick truly cares about his customers which is truly rare in my experience with purchasing a new car. Additionally, Nick's provided me with the most detailed information about the truck I was looking at. He acutally answered most of my questions before I could even ask which was a huge selling point for me. And finally, Nick was clear and was never misleading to me during my entire car buying experience. You could tell that Nick is a man of faith and works truly for his customers. As long as I am in Jacksonville I will choose Nick to be my salesman and Coggin to be my dealer of choice. More

Went to a local Toyota dealer in the Orlando area that didn't want to deal on their new cars. After playing around on the internet I found Coggin Toyota in Jacksonville and e-mailed them what I was after didn't want to deal on their new cars. After playing around on the internet I found Coggin Toyota in Jacksonville and e-mailed them what I was after and how much I was willing to pay. Gary Marsh responded back the same day advising they could sell me the vehicle I wanted for the price I had offered. I set everything up with Gary and drove to Jacksonville where I picked up the car. I was a little apprehensive at first for basically buying a new car over the phone, but I was quickly put at ease when I arrived at the dealership. There was no hidden fees and no excuses as they gave me the exact deal we had agreed upon over the phone. Gary and the other employees were professional and courteous and WILL get my business again.
