Joel did a great job of helping us find the right vehicle for us. The managers there did a fine job also. The detailing of the vehicle left a lot to be desired. The bed of the truck was covered with yellow pollen which could have easily been washed off. I know because I did it when I got home. No hard sell was pushed on us. I was, however disappointed with the financial dept. though. The financial guy and his boss were both pushy and repeatedly attempted to get us to buy something we did not want. After hearing Joel tell us how good Toyota vehicles are these guys almost convinced me that the truck was going to fall apart as soon as we cranked it up. I didn't make a scene, I just smiled, but if I had to deal with them first I would have went somewhere else to buy my truck. Should I have an opportunity to recommend Coggin I will make sure to warn about wearing snake boots when they go to the financial dept. I worked as a manager with Bellsouth for 35 years and if someone working for us pulled that kind of intimidation tactic I would suspend him on the spot. But I'm retired so I just smiled and told the two of them I did not want their extended warranty at least 24 times. They were nice but entirely too pushy. Let me close by saying again, Joel and the used car dept. did a great job. More

Britt was more than patient on my test drives when Sam was helping another customer. Sam made a point to stay in contact and try his best to be available at any time I would be at the dealership. Tim was friendly and thorough in explaining all aspects of the actual financial and options available. This is our 6th Toyota, and we plan to continue that trend. I am not sure if it was new car or used car, but I was pleasantly surprised when I called Sirius XM to cancel the satellite radio on the trade in BMW to find out that it had already been done. I consider that a true example of service follow through and not something I was expecting. More

Brought my toyota in for an oil change and requested a price on a repair. I had researched the repair and provided the Service Bulletin referencing the repair relating to the steering shaft. Instead I w price on a repair. I had researched the repair and provided the Service Bulletin referencing the repair relating to the steering shaft. Instead I was told that I needed my whole front end replaced which would run about $2300. When I asked what would the price be to just have the steering shaft replaced as outlined in the service bulletin, I was told the price was $700. I ended up calling all the toyota dealers in the area and ended up getting the repair that I wanted for $300. It annoys me that Coggin could be so far off on pricing and I believe they gave me the "woman" price. I am glad I did my research before hand. Also, my husband double checked to see if the front end repair that Coggin had suggested was necessary by jacking the car up and looking for some "give" in the front end. He didn't find any. Had the $300 repair done at another dealer and so far it fixed my problem. Two thumbs up for the info found on the internet! More
