Bought 2008 toyota sienna had really bad alignment problem dealer said they would fix with the (we owe you form) did not fix!!!! Beleive me it was not certified. had appointment with service said it would take about 2 hours to fix. three hours later and i am waiting with vehicle havent done anything to vehicle. Do yourself a large favor, if you absoutely have to buy from this dealership, do not have any confidence in their word about fixing anything wrong with the vehicle. Very displeased with their service, they just blow you off. I deal with a good amount of people and i will make sure i share my below poor service level i have had. sale person was nice enough but the service department was terrible and the used car department not backing up what they said is terrible. More
Jan Conner was the most professional service rep I have worked with at Toyota and by far the most personable. The Sales person knew that I was limited on the cash I had to spend and I couldnt get a financing. He offered me a safe, reliable, great on gas, vehicle and I am satisfied. The price was higher than what I think the car was worth by a few hundred dollars because the dashboard was cracked and I noticed that it looked like on the front bumper a previous owner must've hit something. HOWEVER there was a lot of work done to repair the vehicle (new wheels, head gaskets, air compressor, and it had LOW mileage) That is why I paid the price. I am so happy with the Finance department as well. Very friendly and encouraging. When I can afford to finance a NEW car I WILL be back to the dealership. I have in the past bought (financed) atleast 10 different cars over the years but since claiming bankruptcy earlier this year this was my first experiance dealing with the public. I felt like I wasnt judged and I was treated as an individual not just some dumb woman buying a car. Thank you Coggin Toyota! More

Brought vehicle in for first service. Oil change, rotate tires, and check up. Also had a low tire pressure light on. Everything seemed to go well and in a very timely manner. I was given my receipt and the car back and was told there were no issues. I left the dealership and went to home depot to make a purchase and on my return to the car I noticed first of all the car had not been washed and secondly and of most important to me I noticed the brake dust on the front wheels was heavier than the back ones. This is exactly the way I had taken it to the dealer. I immediately returned to the service department. Jan was not present, I spoke with another service writer about the issue. He spoke to the tech, who said he rotated the tires. I DO NOT BELIEVE THIS TO BE TRUE. So on my first visit to your service department you have lost my trust. I will try another dealer to find someone I can trust. And just in case I have future issues with my tires please add this statement to my vehicle history!! More
This is the 2nd time I brought my 2011 Toyota Camry in for service as I have a strange noise in the engine which I do not understand. Have ridden in other Camry's same year & model and do not hear this n for service as I have a strange noise in the engine which I do not understand. Passanger window rattles....again serice department has not done anything about it. I spent almost 3 hours waiting for the car and nothing had been done to it. Sve dept is friendly but they do not service the car. Therefore I would absolutely NOT RECOMMEND THIS dealership to anyone!!!!! More
Toyata dealership at the Avenues Jacksonville Florida- Sales was good when purchasing the truck. The 2nd maintenance update a service rep left a tool under the hood. Just recently -December 2011 I had to replace 4 tires on a 30,000 tread. I was told this was normal tread life on new purchase vehicles tires. New tires were purchased and placed on the truck. The truck was picked up right before lunch. 1 of the new tires blew after i had lunch that day and returned to work. I had to get an associate to pick me up for work. The dealership had to send out a tow truck. The tire was replaced that same day and picked up a night. Within the next 2 months the truck was returned 2 times to balance the tires. The 2nd time the dealership had to replace 2 of the new tires. They said the tires were questionable for 'endurance '. Everyone was OK to deal with, but concerns me about servicing on my truck as well as the products Toyata uses on their vehicles. The tires were bridgestone which I thought was a good quality tire. More

Gary was a pleasure to do business with. He answered all of my questions, provided me with some great advice as far as car insurance goes and wasn't pushy. I did have a not so great experience with the sal of my questions, provided me with some great advice as far as car insurance goes and wasn't pushy. I did have a not so great experience with the sales manager (I believe that was his title) but his name is Demetry, he almost cost Gary the sale...HOWEVER Gary made it right and I went back to purchase my vehicle. I did not include my run in with Demetry in this review because the service I received from Gary and from the Finance guy, Josh was top notch and I do not want to focus on the negative. A few years back I went to this dealership to look for a car and ended up leaving because the salesman was very pushy and would only talk to my guy friend even though multiple times my friend told him that I was the one with the money...talk to her. I am thankful that Gary was the guy that walked out to greet me and now I will recommend him to anyone looking for a car. I apologize if I misspelled the Managers name, I did not get his card, thankfully. More
