I had the pleasure of working with William "Bill" Edwards while purchasing our 2025 RAV4, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Bill was incredibly helpful, transparent, and courteous throughout while purchasing our 2025 RAV4, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Bill was incredibly helpful, transparent, and courteous throughout the entire process. He even went the extra mile by personally delivering the vehicle to my wife, complete with a bow. For comparison, I initially visited Arlington Toyota, and the difference in treatment and transparency was night and day. If you want to be treated with respect and dignity while getting the best deal, I highly recommend visiting Coggin Toyota at the Avenues and asking for Bill. He truly sets the standard for exceptional customer service. More

just a couple of days ago I was recruited to upgrade my 2021 Prius for a 2024 and after much negotiation, I agreed to because I was specifically interested in a better multimedia system as that was one of 2021 Prius for a 2024 and after much negotiation, I agreed to because I was specifically interested in a better multimedia system as that was one of my main frustrations with the original Prius. I was assured that the infotainment system was completely redesigned and that is true, but they removed a very key feature, and if I had known this, I would not have bought the vehicle so I really wish that the salesman took time to ensure me of all the features before I was locked into a contract. The issue is that the redesign system does not make it easy to hear texts sent through CarPlay. The volume lowers, but not enough to hear it and the previous way it worked was the music just muted and that was perfect. And from my research the only way to do this is the turn the music off before you actually send or receive a text.. If I had known this, I would not have upgraded and I’m so frustrated that I have a brand new car and a brand new loan and it’s not what I want and I’m stuck. More
