A.K. was great to deal with. He was very friendly and helpful during the entire process (from test driving to purchase). I was pushed into getting an extended warranty which I had said 'no' to several ti helpful during the entire process (from test driving to purchase). At least the warranty was given to me as a conditional agreement, which is the only reason I agreed. Other than that, everything was very quick and easy and I appreciated that. More

The service as always was great. Tom in service was very attentive and explained everything very clearly. If you had a higher rating that "Great" in you survey, I would have give you that rating. He assisted me with all my concerns including providing additional relevent information, quickly getting a tech to answer a couple option/settings questions he could not and getting the shuttle to take me back to my office while service was completed. I appreciate the level of professionalism by all personnel and the effort that goes into treating the customer with care (without seeming like brown nosing). Everyone I spoke with presented a level of professionalism and friendlyness that gave me confidence in the work being done. I actually look forward to my next service! Note I only rate the Customer Service item (above) as 4 instead of 5 because I was waiting between the service windows for almost 10 minutes before being asked if I was being helped by one of the personnel who came out from inside the waiting room area (she was friendly too). However, it appeared all the service technitions were busy--I'd suggest however some eye contact and maybe a raised finger (not that one), even when service personnel cannot immediately assist. This would go a long way in re-assuring the customer they are not being ignored (just a thought). Otherwise everything was stellar. Keep up the great service (I am NOT on drugs). More
