Mike was very knowledgeable on the products, courteous and not over pushy. He also took the time to listen to me and what my expectations were in purchasing a new vehicle, and never try to "sell me something" that I was not interested in. Bad Service Experience I have Tayotacare plan, maintenance service (just regular service like oil change, tire rotation and multipoint inspection etc.. ) suppose to be free I have Tayotacare plan, maintenance service (just regular service like oil change, tire rotation and multipoint inspection etc.. ) suppose to be free of cost for 2 years or $25,000 miles but Coggin Toyota at the Avenues charged me environment fee of $8.28 and they are saying it common. Last two times they did it for free when I ask my previous records they are saying their system is stuck so can't pull my records. I had a flat tire as well they initially said it's free of cost under Tayotacare but they charged me $20.45 when ask about it they are saying it will cover if your car millage is under 12,000 but mine is 14,000 why they didn't know initially ? even if they knows later they are suppose take my permission before fixing it. More
