Long story short. It Took 2 hrs for an oil & filter change. I’ll keep this family friendly. That amount of time is ridiculous. At about 1 hr I received a text stating I needed $1,200 of repairs. Three of the items listed upset me. A Balance & rotation was needed, however, I just had that 1 1/2 months ago at Costco. The other was i immediately needed a new battery even though the pic they provided said the test was ok. Just based on that, I refused all repairs. I waited another 30 mins and then went to payment desk as I couldn’t find advisor for at least 20 mins. I asked them the status of the car and they did not like me asking that. Rudely they said who is your advisor. I told them I could not find him. I asked them again to check on it. They said they would. They never did after waiting another 10 mins. So I asked to speak to a Manager. Once again they sucked. So I demanded to see a Manager. By this time I was frustrated & furious. A manager eventually looked after it. No apology, nothing. He also made me get my car in the parking lot. They always pull up your car. If I could give them zero stars I would. More

Original: Chris Garcia was my advisor and I appreciate his honesty and integrity. He actually told me my maintenance light comes on every 5000 miles but my oil change isn’t due until 10000. I already knew the care care plan was a bad decision on my part, but I wasted half of my oil change vouchers since not a single advisor told me I was early until the very first time I had to pay out of pocket. Very disappointed in the previous advisors who just let me waste them, but I’m glad Chris was professional enough to look at my records for me. More
DJ took care of the service on my wife's Highlander. Got me in on time and turned around quickly. They did a complete inspection and gave me some items that were coming due to plan for.
