Loved buying my car there but service department is slow and did not communicate that when we scheduled a service appointment for a dash camera to be installed that the part wasn’t even ordered. We ended up and did not communicate that when we scheduled a service appointment for a dash camera to be installed that the part wasn’t even ordered. We ended up waiting 2.5 hours and just got out tailgate reset and filter changed. We don’t live close so half the day was wasted. We would’ve rather came when the part was actually there than have two separate appointments. Hopefully our next appointment runs smoothly and quickly and this was just an outlier. More
