Got discount coupon I came in ,had an appointment today 04/08/2019 12:00pm to change the engine oil in my Toyota Sienna LE,had coupon for $24.99.Charlie Rhodaback,servi I came in ,had an appointment today 04/08/2019 12:00pm to change the engine oil in my Toyota Sienna LE,had coupon for $24.99.Charlie Rhodaback,service consultant with no questions got my coupon and had the best customer service.My car was done less,than 30 minutes and Charlie had sent me text message,my car is ready.I'm very satisfied with the service with my Toyota Sienna.Had NO issue ,Thanks to Charlie Rhodaback.I had paid and asked Charlie Rhodaback if I can bring my husband car,but it is Dodge,not Toyota and I have more coupon for $24.99.He told me,that is Ok,go and bring it,we do for the same price.When I come back with Dodgecar,Charles was busy and told me to go to the other windows to Amanda Thigpen .She was so rude from beginning and would not do that car,she told it is not Toyota and need to order special filter and told the price about $50.Then she had called somebody and I was heard on her phone,will cost the same price $24.99.She hanged up phone and told me $49.99.I went to the Charles again and told him that.He was taking my paper and went to manager,Mike.Mike had signed the paper and told to do for $24.99. With that paper we came back to Amanda Thigpen.She would not believe me and left with the paper.When she come back,she told us to wait until car will be done.It is mean,they had the filter and she was lied ,had to special order and paid twice more for it. Ok,I was waiting more,then 2 hours,Amanda had never told me,the car was ready.I had find our car on the corner of dealership accidently.I came back to Charlie Rhodaback and his partner Christopher M Horsley and asked them if my car was done.Christopher went to Amanda Thigpen and got my key for the car. Amanda Thigpen is the worst customer service.We are so disappointed Toyota has one of their employees,like her . Thank you so much to Charlie Rhodaback and Christopher M Horsley to have good service and get our car from dealership in more,than 2 hours waiting and did not know it is done Sincerely Lyudmila Chayka More
