Typical Went in for routine service - oil, filter, tire rotation, inspection . Was assigned a rep who was not at his station. Waited 10 min. I asked for a car wash - they did not do it although rep said ok. After inspection Rep tried to up sell me on a front end alignment and fuel injector cleaning which I declined. I did change air filter. I wanted to update my 2014 Prius 5 nav maps. They wanted $170 plus labor - what a rip-off. You cannot do it yourself plus they want to charge labor to install (2 hrs). Who are they kidding. Never ever but a Toyota nav system. More

10,000 mile svc for RAV 4 hybrid I called this AM for an appt and got one for same morning. I arrived about 10 mins early and Gary McIntosh took care of me immediately. I had been told that the svc wd take about 1 1/2 hrs. they finished nearly 15 mins early. Gary tracked me down in the waiting room and quickly checked me out. I really appreciated: 1.
