My experience with Cogggins Toyota was mixed. The gentleman who helped us shop for a new minivan (I believe his name was Rerric) was polite professional and very helpful. My only genuine complaint about the whole affair, was at the end when I came time to sign paperwork. The salesman (I don’t remember his name) slipped on an extra $2000+ Warranty we hadn’t been told about. They said it was required by the bank. This is ok, but we were never told about it until we noticed it on the contract. We took this to be a sneaky move. More
