Our service advisor, John, attempted to get out of helping us with our battery issues by feigning ignorance about information related to the battery. They were hard to get any information about the status of my vehicle's repairs. They didn't have a tire that was for my vehicle and had to order it. How can it be explained? They said that they only had one key for the vehicle the rav4 it only came with 1 key it was a tradein big lie coming from them.. Beware, they will charge way over $360 for another 1. I woold not buy a used car from them unless you 2 fobs programed and cut key.My key fob key was not cut for my vehicle.This means this is not original for this vehicle.They lied to me when I asked about the car original key. This is a lie. Used car manager and the others should have checked that the key was cut for the door. They refuse to give me a second key for door with fob and key cut for my car.Terrible custemer service from use car manager he wouldn't even come out to explain to me that its his fault for not checking the new key to be cut for door. Thay LOVE to liy. So my fault for not checking the key fob to fit my door to unblock. Coggin Toyota, at the avenues will lead you in to thinking that thay will help you get what you need but fall short. This is the second time they have misled me or lied to me. I will not be back Buyers Beware. Don't assume you're getting the original key for the car.Check everything. As far as I know, this car probably has other keys out there.Floating around and my car may be stolen one day. More

Arrived at 12:15 for a 12:20 appointment. Was there for an oil change, filter and tire rotation. They did their total check on brakes, tread depth, fluids, etc. it was finished by 12:45.
