Great people - manager Jonathan, and Chris I experienced a fire on 7/13. My neighbor’s home started the fire and then spread out to the whole condo building, my home was burned down into ashes, I experienced a fire on 7/13. My neighbor’s home started the fire and then spread out to the whole condo building, my home was burned down into ashes, at 4am. I run out of home with pajama and bare feet, nothing else. All of sudden from sleeping in a beautiful home became homeless. Since two smart Keys all burned into ashes, I had to call Toyota tow my car to get a key replacement. The manager Jonathan Masanto at this Toyama dealership is so nice, really impressive, after he learned from the tow truck driver that my entire home is gone completely he helped me with not just a key, rentals, even booked a hotel for me to stay, and even further, paid 2 nights for me staying in the hotel! I was so grateful! Beyoncé word. Because I don’t really know anyone in town. I was so shocked at the fire. And I look so terrible in pajamas and bare feet. I didn’t expect people help a woman look like me. Chris is the gentle man taking care of my car key. He is also very nice! Very generous! He even got me a free lunch box. I appreciate all the help I received at this place. I am so grateful beyond words. I definitely recommend this place to friends! They are fabulous!! More
