Finance manager ridiculous, everyone else was great! My sales rep, Fred, was great. The sales manager, Dimitri, was great. We were straight forward with each other and able to cut to the chase quickly. The finance manager was horrible. He was high pressure and wouldn’t take no for an answer, trying to sell me a warranty. He literally said, “you seem like a smart guy. I don’t get why you do don’t see the benefit of buying this warranty. You have money. You paid your last car off early. I can see that here on my screen.” He wouldn’t let it go. I was 3 seconds away from walking out. That’s when he said “give me a minute.”. He walked out and walked right back in and said, “Fine, just sign here declining the extended warranty...”. He was so angry. If the truck wasn’t already set up exactly the way I wanted it to be, I would have walked out 20 minutes earlier and paid more elsewhere. It was absolutely ridiculous. Again, Fred and Dimitri were great. It’s a shame they almost lost a deal because of the finance manager. If that truck wasn’t already set up perfectly for me I’d have left 20 minutes earlier and Fred and Dimitri would have lost a deal. I bought my truck from them in spite of the finance manager. More
