The main reason for this review is that the customer ahead of me had her keys misplaced which meant that David and others were running around trying to locate them for her. And then the same thing happened with my keys when it came time to depart. Most frustrating that the car wash people kept the keys and no one else knew that so that a great deal of unnecessary time looking for them. More
