First time at this dealer for a recall on my vehicle and alignment. David was great, polite and great Customer Service. The rental process was the only thing I disliked. The young lady Stephanie was very un alignment. David was great, polite and great Customer Service. The rental process was the only thing I disliked. The young lady Stephanie was very unfriendly, didn't seem like she enjoyed her job and seemed like she was bothered. Wish I would had gotten the lady next to her who seemed friendlier and had a good laugh with me. Also my rental was NOT cleaned inside. It didnt even seemed wiped. It was pushed to another customer right after I dropped it off. So cause of this I give it 3 stars. How you treat people and your vibe definitely can lighten someones day. Even tho David was great, someone else left a bitter taste in my mouth. More

Todays service on my 2015 Toyota 4Runner Today I brought my 2015 4Runner in for service as the rear brakes were starting to make noise....I met with David of Coggins Toyota service and he adv Today I brought my 2015 4Runner in for service as the rear brakes were starting to make noise....I met with David of Coggins Toyota service and he advised it need brakes in rear and recommended rear differential service as well. They Did not have the rotors for the 4Runner in stock But they explained they would have them in in the truck will be done first thing in the morning. They even provided a rental car at no charge so I could make my evening appointment for work! In addition, David put in the effort to make sure I got the very best price as was able to find some promotions for brake service that he was able to apply as well. Lastly, the service And actual work that was done was perfect as well. Great job! More
