Jacob, was a wonderful service advisor to work with. He kept me up to date on my car the entire time I was there. The technician (who's name I didn't get) that was assigned to look at my car made me feel w kept me up to date on my car the entire time I was there. Very deceptive When I got home and looked at the sales receipt they had changed the total amount of the car that was quoted online. The car was over priced. Also there were some paint chips that was not visible when I bought it but was visible the next day. I don't know what they used to cover the chips up but they did something. Excellent Service All Around! I went in for my 10,000 service today for my Toyota Tacoma. Set the appointment earlier this week for 10:00 AM. Check in with David Melkumov was qui I went in for my 10,000 service today for my Toyota Tacoma. Set the appointment earlier this week for 10:00 AM. Check in with David Melkumov was quick and easy. My truck was back in the service bay within 5 minutes. The whole thing took less than an hour (50 minutes). I checked the oil when I got home and it was clear and filled perfectly, and they did rotate the tires too. Over all the communication between the service technician and me was clear and he kept me informed. Thanks for the great job. I will continue to bring my car to Coggin's Service Center. More
