I had a service appointment for 2:00 pm, my truck needed minor service, a computer software update and new wipers. That’s it! I waited 5 hours. At 6:00 PM I was told they didn’t get to my truck and I neede minor service, a computer software update and new wipers. That’s it! I waited 5 hours. At 6:00 PM I was told they didn’t get to my truck and I needed to leave it overnight. That was not an option. I left the dealership with no service done to my truck. I wasted 5 hours of my day for nothing. More
