I had a positive sales experience after being whiplash ed by Avenues Honda. The Rav4 is excellent. After an appointment to find and repair an annoying squeek in the car and spending two hours; it was nor rep by Avenues Honda. The Rav4 is excellent. After an appointment to find and repair an annoying squeek in the car and spending two hours; it was nor repaired. Also, beyond this the care was not cleaned as advertised as you drive in for service. We made another appointment and they agreed to provide a rental while the car was kept. Upon arrival they attempted to charge for rental. We addressed it and they kept the car. We will see if the squeak is gone next time we drive on a rough patch of pavement; but again they deliver the card unwashed and asked if you want to wait. This time we waited. It could be the same lack of doing what they agreed twice but it starts to look like a technique. Most would not wait at time to pick up. I would recommend the dealership for sales. It remains to be seen if service is 5 star as the advertise if there is something needed other than basic service. More
