Coggin's service dept has always been good for us in the past, but the service advisor that handled our visit this time was not. He was borderline rude. We also had an appointment to get tires, but he wasn' past, but the service advisor that handled our visit this time was not. He was borderline rude. My primary concern was the information center in my Toyota vehicle since the Entune constantly says that the update could not be completed which causes all of the apps to be useless. I was informed tha Toyota vehicle since the Entune constantly says that the update could not be completed which causes all of the apps to be useless. I was informed that nothing could be done since the dealership is only for repairs. My vehicle is basically one big computer which can be properly diagnosed at the dealership but I was left having to solve the issue on my own. I don't feel very positive about the situation. The remaining services which needed to be done were accomplished in a satisfactory manner. More

In our search for a replacement for our previous Toyota we found the sales team at this dealership very difficult to work with. They wouldn’t return calls, lied about leaving us messages, and instead of fo we found the sales team at this dealership very difficult to work with. Decided to take our business elsewhere after 3 days of trying to get clear information over the phone. They also low-balled our trade-in by thousands despite us sharing the clear and fair offers from other Toyota dealerships in the area. More

Just completed my 10K service for my RAV4 and it was an excellent experience. I had an appointment so they were ready for me upon arrival. I was greeted promptly taken to my service advisor and checked in excellent experience. I had an appointment so they were ready for me upon arrival. One half hour later my service advisor came and personally got me in the waiting area, I signed off on the paperwork while I was informedaboit the service performed. I was showed the way to my car and I was off start to finish 45 minutes. Very impressive service from Coggin Toyota Avenues! More
