My service advisor was very professional and explained everything to me. I was disappointed in the advisor I initially had when my vehicle was scheduled for maintenance 3 days prior. I received a text everything to me. I was disappointed in the advisor I initially had when my vehicle was scheduled for maintenance 3 days prior. I received a text that the service department was backed up and I could reschedule with him. I text him back and never received notification from him. Several hours later I left a voicemail and again no response. Finally i rescheduled on-line and was pleasantly surprised that I had an appointment and the service was completed several days after my initial scheduled appointment. More
