Excellent service from my salesman Austin Jorris and Bryan. I priced the 2024 Sienna with all the central Fl dealers and they all played games with prices. I don't mind traveling an hour to dealer when Bryan. I priced the 2024 Sienna with all the central Fl dealers and they all played games with prices. Long wait for oil service. Pleasant service rep. Not sure if fluids topped. Spare tire was not inflated. It’s at 25. I’ll have to figure how to fill it. Overfill on other Pleasant service rep. Had service done on my vehicle a total of 6 times. The last 3 times have been a nightmare. My car was hit by another car during servicing. They had my vehicle for a week.. the time before they lost my The last 3 times have been a nightmare. My car was hit by another car during servicing. They had my vehicle for a week.. the time before they lost my keys for 30 minutes and forgot to give my wheel lock key back so I had to drive back to the dealership. The time before that when they rotated my tires they didn’t tighten my lug nuts and my tires were about to fly off when driving. This is the worst dealership in history!!! Never going back. I’ll change my own oil!!! More
