Mr. Clark, I called and left a message in your voicemail on Friday, July 25. Waiting to hear back from you. I would sincerely appreciate an opportunity to resolve the inequitable trade-in value we we offered ($2,000) considering the Kelly Blue Book range I presented to Ty ($5,600 to $7,200), which he flatly denied was the true value. Your immediate sales price in your website of nearly $12,000 is clear evidence to me that we were lied to and cheated out of an honest and fair trade-in value. Thank you.

You are correct there was no paperwork signed as I live 3 hours away. All my information was given to the salesman on the 11th. Last text around 5pm on the 11. Salesman text me that morning of the 12th stating they had run my credit, got a good payment and he would see me in a few hours, as I had to drive to Jacksonville. On the way I sent him a text asking him to send me the payment amount and finance rate, about 10 minutes later he called and said the car had sold the day before (the 11). Needless to said I was furious….. but you didn’t ruin my day, I continued my trip and bought a truck from Beaver Chevrolet. , and the experience was nothing short of superb. This one customer may not hurt your business but I can promise, everyone I meet will know to beware of your company. There was a time when a mans word meant something, but with Coggin it obviously means nothing. This happened to me one other time 4 years ago when I was looking for a Honda, they done the same thing, but I can PROMISE you there will NOT be a 3rd time. I am sure there are some happy customers, but what I say ids beware because this dealership can’t be trusted. If I could have given a zero star I would have. Don’t get so big you loose your values and honesty, oh wait, you already have. Thanks Beaver Chevrolet for selling me a great truck!!!
