Best experience I was visiting my sister from out of town and was surfing the net. I wasn't in need of a car. I saw the car on their website and thought what the heck I was visiting my sister from out of town and was surfing the net. I wasn't in need of a car. I saw the car on their website and thought what the heck I'll give them a call. I spoke to Sylvester who wasn't helpful. He was very vague over the phone and really seemingly refused to give any definitive answers unless I went in to the dealership which was 35 minutes away. I gave him an offer and he stating we weren't far apart on price so I should come in. he lied to me and I did not leave with the car. Sylvester wasn't working the day that I went to the dealer so I had the great pleasure of meeting Gene. He was open and honest and a true pleasure to work with. He along with James left me with a wonderful impression of the dealership and the thought that I would purchase a car from them. I went back to the dealer the next day and dealt with Gene and James and drove a 2014 BMW home to Indiana. It was a distinct pleasure to deal with these gentlemen along with Luciano who taught me how to use the technical devises in the car. Richard turned out to be as honest, straightforward and always looking out for the customer's best interests as Ernie had been.
