The trade-in value was right on target with no haggling. Upon delivery of my X5, Jeff gave me the floor mats for free....when I purchased my Porsche in 2007 the sales man at that time gave me nothing!!! My wife received a few gifts from Jeff, including a $50.00 gift certificate to the BMW store. I can't say enough about Jeff....he is a true professional and demonstrates a real genuine concern to meet the needs of his individual client. I have been to other dealerships in the past and the salesmen are usually pushy - while two others are running after you at the same time.
