Great customer service - worked within a busy schedule of ours and came to our house to finish paper work and has been very responsive to follow-up calls. Identified a 2006 BMW Convertible on Coggin Web Site that was priced correctly and had a Certified Warranty. Visited Coggin BMW facility and met with Brent Hall. Brent took me for a demostration drive and ex was priced correctly and had a Certified Warranty. Visited Coggin BMW facility and met with Brent Hall. Brent took me for a demostration drive and explained all the features of this vehicle. Brent assisted me in a very professional manner in my purchase of the vehicle. Immediately upon arrival we were cordially greeted and welcomed by Mr. Curtis Stumbaugh. We found his product knowledge and obvious professionlism very pleasant (especially after not so pleasant "car salesman" experiences over many years). As a matter of fact we found Curtis' demeanor and interface with us highly representative of "Client Advisor" title. After a highly interactive and informing test drive he directed us to your customer lounge so that we could seriously and privately consider a purchase unpressured (and the free snacks were great). After completion of a successful offer and purchase agreement (including introducing to us his Sales Manager - we apologize we can't recall his name but he mentioned having family near our area). He also was friendly and very cordial. Afterward Curtis invited and introduced us to your Finance Manager, Mr. Eric PanKratz. He also was very cordial, friendly and highly knowledgeable of his area of responsibility. Bottom line; we found our Coggin's encounters and experiences highly inspiring. We took delivery of the car drove home 77 miles away. Although we still needed to complete payment arrangements Eric was helpful, understanding and very supportive. We really appreciated him for that. We did maintain telephone communications with him to ensure keeping him informed. Coggin BMW Treasure Coast's demonstrated high level customer service was refreshing and very impressive. Although we have not yet had any Quality of Work experience our expectation (based on our purchase experience) is that it will be just as rewarding. We plan to use your facility for service and although we are 77 miles away we have indicated Coggin as our preferred Service Center in BMW Assist. We believe the above adequately addresses all of your above rating criteria. Our price rating is slightly lower only because of a tire life concern we have that relates to BMW recommended tire useful life. I just took delivery of a new car at Coggin BMW and was fortunate enough to have Jimmy Pescatore complete my transaction/purchase/delivery. To make a long story short, I was re-assigned to Jimmy the day o fortunate enough to have Jimmy Pescatore complete my transaction/purchase/delivery. To make a long story short, I was re-assigned to Jimmy the day of the car delivery and he turned what would have been a disaster of a delivery into a great experience. He is patient, knowledgable and puts 110% effort into making sure you are happy with your new car. I would absolutely recommend Jimmy to other potential customers and call him the next time I am in the market for another BMW. More

Coggin BMW really strives for excellence and Curtis went out of his way to get the best deal done. I am extremely pleased and satisfied with my vehicle, and more importantly, with the service I received from Curtis and Coggin BMW. I live in Miami, about two blocks away from Braman BMW and fairly close to several other BMW dealerships. After negotiating with five South Florida dealerships over two weeks, none would meet my (reasona and fairly close to several other BMW dealerships. After negotiating with five South Florida dealerships over two weeks, none would meet my (reasonable) offer and most were treating me with indifference or too much pressure. In fact, as my lease term came closer to its end, two of the salesmen actually renegotiated terms for the worse (blaming their managers), as they probably felt they had more leverage or were ready to move the car I wanted. Two days before my lease expiration, I decided to widen the geographic range of potential dealerships and happened upon Coggin. I spoke with Jimmy Pescatore, told him what I was looking for (by then I had the exact car, options, and pricepoint nailed down). He was genuinely friendly, very responsive, and straightforward. He found the car, and after a couple of conversations with his manager and me, Coggin accepted my offer and we started the paperwork. When we arrived at Coggin, it was almost closing time on Saturday evening. The car was waiting and Jimmy's coworkers were prepped and ready to help. Even still, we were there almost until about two hours after closing; Jimmy was still with me, happy (and funny) as can be. Could I have gotten the same deal I wanted at a closer South Florida dealership? Probably, but not without a lot more stress. Was it worth the two + hour drive from Miami to Fort Pierce to work with Jimmy and his team? Without a doubt. If I had to do it again, I'd do the same amount of research (MSRP vs. invoice, residual values, etc.) but none of the customary haggling with other dealers. I'll go straight to Jimmy and trust that as long as I'm reasonable, he'll do the best he can. I can and will recommend Jimmy, Rich, and the rest of the Coggin folks to prospective BMW owners without any reservations. More
