The customer service provided by Jeff was very personalized and friendly. Communications were excellent and prompt. I obtained a fair and speedy out-the-door price quote for a car matching my requirements. All my questions were clearly and succinctly answered, and any concerns readily addressed. Jeff personally delivered my new car to my house and patiently provided instructions on using the new features. It was an excellent, no pressure experience from start to finish. I highly recommend both Jeff Laher and Coggin BMW. More
I could not be more satisfied from the initial phone call to the delivery of my new M3 with Jeff Laher and Coggin BMW. He gave me the best price with his numbers being very descriptive with fees in a low to to the delivery of my new M3 with Jeff Laher and Coggin BMW. The sales associate that I worked, Manny Miranda, couldn't have done a better job making this transaction smooth and convenient. I live in Ft. Lauderdale approximately two hours from Coggin Treasure Coast. I initially took the trip to Coggin to look at a used 5 series that Coggin had advertised for sale online. On my trip up, one of my window motors burnt out and my window would not roll up. Manny got my car in for service while I test drove the 5 series and the repair was complted while I waited. It later turned out that the 5 series was not exactly what I was looking for so Manny showed me some lease options. Originally I had ruled out leasing as an option, but Manny educated me as to why leasing was better for me and he worked with me to get the payment that I wanted. Honestly, the only reason that I went with Coggin was because of the way Manny handled our deal. He was not pushy at all and he made me feel comfortable with how the lease payment was calculated so I knew I was getting a good deal. He also had the car delivered to me at work so I did not have to take the two house drive back up to Treasure Coast to pick it up. I have worked with other BMW dealerships in the past and I did not feel as comfortable as I did working with Coggin. Five stars! More

I could not had a more positive experience with Jimmy and the Coggin team. I was looking to lease a vehicle with a specific color/ trim combination. We made the deal on the phone, never had to go to the dealership. The car was brought to me in impeccable condition. Jimmy was very detailed while going through each car feature with me, I love my new Bluetooth! I would highly recommend Coggin and am enjoying my new ride! More

I was told that car underwent a 121 inspection and I heard a noise which required a hose change. Had car home for only 2 days after purchase and there is already a repair bill for faulty restraint close heard a noise which required a hose change. Did not get a price quote for spare key as I requested and salesman said he would call previous owner to request the spare key and I haven't heard from him. More
I had a warning light about the back right tail light. I took a look at it and noticed the connector was melted. So i brought it in for service. The service rep. told me that it would be $150.00 being press took a look at it and noticed the connector was melted. So i brought it in for service. The service rep. told me that it would be $150.00 being pressed for time i said do it.Then they had to order a part......we recieved a loaner car. When we finally picked up our car the bill was 278.00. More
This was our second car purchase with Coggin, and it will be our last. It took 3 weeks to purchse my car that I had leased from them the last three years. It did take sometime to get the financing figured out on my end, but when they don't return phone calls and start passing the job around to everyone in their office who is not relevant to the purchase it takes up a lot more time then what was necessary. They not only provided my family and I with incompetent customer service, but my bank that was involved received the same treatment. Then after they finally got their payment and dropped off the car they proceeded to ignore multiple requests from my bank to return the necessary documents that were needed to finalize the loan. To top it all off I got my car back minus the car mats that came with the car, and when I called to inquire they proceeded to tell me the car never had them in there. Customer service in a business like this should be outstanding, but from what I experienced it doesn't seem like Coggin BMW cares too much about selling a car. I now understand why they don't give you the option to post on their Facebook page. More
