Client Advisor, Jimmy P, was exceptional in selling my wife her M3. That was a big reason we did not "shop" my purchase of a 760 Li. Then at delivery he spent hours going over the car and showing us how to use the extensive capabilities of each car. Jimmy is always available to answer questions and show you how to do things. He even set up the cars initially for our driving interests and style. Jimmy did not hesitate to get the Sales Manager, Parts Manager and other knowledgeable Coggin personel invovled as necessary to resolve questions. All the people were knowledgeable, professional and timely in their response to questions. I would certainly recommend this dealership to everyone. More

The only reason I downgraded the overall experience to a 4 was because of the somewhat strongarm attempt to push the extended warrantee and the delay with the trucking company delivering the vehicle to the 4 was because of the somewhat strongarm attempt to push the extended warrantee and the delay with the trucking company delivering the vehicle to the dealership. Other than that, my experience was the best car-buying experience i have ever known. I felt particularly fortunate to deal with salesman Dennis Layman who is the epitome of integrity, reliability, and a sincere desire to understand the customer's needs/desires. He is most accommodating and he makes one feel that they are dealing with a loyal and devoted friend. He sets a new standard in automobile salesmanship. i am confident that anyone who deals with him will be very happy they did so. I assure my comments about Dennis are totally unsolicited. He is not a relative and I never knew him prior to a chance meeting at the dealership. We have not previously been friends but I truly hope that we become friends in the future. My search for an all-wheel-drive SUV or station wagon took several months. During that time I visited Mercedes, BMW, Toyota, Audi and Volvo dealers in Melbourne, West Palm Beach and Fort Pierce for test took several months.
