I have been a Coggin customer for two and a half years. I have purchased three cars from Jimmy in this time and I have developed a great relationship with the Coggin Family. This is primarily due to the professional, honest and enthusiastic attitude they have about their product. Jimmy's knowledge and experience with the cars gave me the highest confidence in my purchases. I have become "sold" on the brand and I enjoy my ride and the performance it delivers... sometimes a bit too much! In this day, competitive consideration is necessary before rationalizing any purchase. Other Dealership groups do not give me the same satisfaction, even if just browsing or doing research. I highly recommend if you're looking for a new or used safe and certified car, you'll always be taken care of with Coggin and especially Jimmy Pescatore. More

1/29/2012 We traded in our car for a pre-owned Mercedes - benz SLK 230. the entire staff especially Ronnie were TOTALLY DISHONEST to us by NOT disclosing a few known to them issues with the SLK 230 in their benz SLK 230. the entire staff especially Ronnie were TOTALLY DISHONEST to us by NOT disclosing a few known to them issues with the SLK 230 in their lot!Namely the 3 - small dents in the roof panel that we saw 4 blocks away from Coggin BMW after purchasing it. I called Ronnie and got silence from him and nothing else! No offer for us to come back in! Just a silent person. The rest of the staff was the same way on that call!!!!!!!!. Blatant customer NO-SERVICE! Is all we got from just 4 blocks away and 7 minutes after purchasing the car!! These people are low-down dirty, lying thieves and totally UN-ETHICAL-NO INTEGRITY! Dishonesty is their common trait and they can not be trusted! Their attitude was very bad and Ronnie Mcfarland made very bad advances to my wife while we were in the dealership!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE DIS-HONEST LYING PEOPLE!!! THEY ARE CROOKS!! More

We have been in a unique situation and yet suffice to say we have been looking to buy a car for a very long time....many months! Pierce and we met Franklin Guglietta. He was extremely thorough, pleasant and informative. Franklin remained professional and patient when a family member posed a difficult question. We never felt any pressure to make the purchase and this had to be the easiest of any car we ever purchased. It truly was a pleasure to purchase a car from Coggin as buying a car is not always on the top of my list of things to do. We felt we purchased the car at a price with a package that could not be compared to other dealers or even private sellers. I would highly recommend Franklin as well as this dealership for any BMW need. It was truly a pleasure and by the way I just love my BMW!! More

He transferred our insurance and our roadside maintenance from our previous car and once the deal was made got the car ready for us explaining all the features etc. so that when we left for home we were very secure in our decision. Buying my car from Coggin BMW was a great overall experience. I traveled all the way from Delray Beach to view the car I was considering buying. This dealership has the best prices and the nicest looking used cars out of all the BMW dealerships I visited in South Florida....Highly recommended! I live in Vero Beach and could easily have chosen a dealership from Melbourne to Palm Beach or Boca( where I worked). He followed up with phone calls when I was considering a purchase(in North Carolina) and he has called often since I purchased the car 6 weeks ago. He even offered to assist my fiance(who has an older model BMW purchased from another site). I have driven a Mercedes for the last 25 years and he took the time to explain the difference with BMW and why I would enjoy "driving" this car---he could be a marketing salesman for the company. Last week I purchased a new 2012 BMW X5d. James Pescatore is my client advisor and did a great job. He stayed in constant touch we me and we ultimately decided to order a vehicle from the factory. Jimmy and I were able to accomplish everything via e-mail and telephone which was great as I do not reside in the dealership area. The vehicle was delivered during the time frame promised by Jimmy. Also, upon delivery, Jim spent a lot of time with me going over all the pertinent aspects of the vehicle and has followed up with me during the past week with timely responses to questions that I had. I'm assuming that I can continue to bug him when I need help. I've owned and/or leased Audis and an Infiniti and Jimmy Pescatore has been the most helpful and personable car salesperson to date. Overall, the car buying experience at Coggin was very good. They stuck to the negotiated price and there were no real surprises when it came time to close the transaction. Finally, Coggin knows that customers can easily arm themselves with cost/price information gathered from the internet and elsewhere, and that most customers shop around and get quotes from multiple dealerships, particularly with high end vehicles. As opposed to other dealerships, Coggin provided me with price information up front in initial e-mail exchanges, rather than the age old technique of "come on in" used by other dealers with whom I spoke. That what significant to me, as my time was very limited. The less nonsense, the greater chance of a sale - in my book. Jimmy P and Coggin seem to well understand that concept. More
