A very pleasant experience, and our third lease from Coggin BMW. Our advisor, Jimmy Pescatore, was very helpful and located the exact model and color we wanted; he did not try to talk us into something Coggin BMW. The final paperwork was a breeze and did not involve any high pressure up-selling of additional services. Everyone at Coggin BMW is very professional without the stereotypical "car salesman" persona. While our intent was not to purchase a car last Saturday, we in fact, did. We were warmly greeted by Jimmy and immediately felt very comfortable with him. Curtis worked with me as a walk in customer as if i had been a long time customer. he was curious, creative and took all the time needed to get me the car I wanted and to make sure i was comfortable drivin been a long time customer. he was curious, creative and took all the time needed to get me the car I wanted and to make sure i was comfortable driving it. This is my fourth BMW and it is fairly complex to get used to. he has always gotten right back to me with the answers to my many questions on operating the vehicle and taking full advantage of its capabilities. He even got me a discount on shipping a BMW i sold privately through their shipper. I would buy from both Coggins and Curtis again in the future. I am totally satisfied. More
