My recent service appointment with Coggin BMW was more than I expected in customer service. I was greeted by Coggin staff upon arrival promptly and the service order was completed and the work to be perfo than I expected in customer service. I was asked if I wanted a loaner vehicle but declined as I wanted to just hang out in your beautiful waiting area and showroom as I did not have any plans that day. From start to finish in the process of choosing and purchasing my vehicle they made the process as easy as possible for me. I did not receive any run around like I experience with many companies. Phone calls are returned promptly. Information was provided to me quickly. This even included driving my vehicle directly to my door which was more than four hours away. I have a very busy schedule and was speechless when they offered to deliver it to my door. I felt completely spoiled and very well taken care of. I had periodic questions a week after driving my car and the Manager, Steve Rall, would call me back that day to help answer them.
