The other two I have worked with just brushed off my recalls and never rotated my tire in the service guy in this dealership to take on the problem. All in all good service with the oil change until my wife drove home and her oil change notification light was still on. I called the manager and asked if my wife's oil change was completed, of course he drove home and her oil change notification light was still on. I called the manager and asked if my wife's oil change was completed, of course he said yes then asked why wasn't the notification tuned off. He said we're a Ford dealership and you're vehicle is a GMC. Then I said, tell your mechanics to google it. Now my wife has to make an extra trip back in. Not good. More
