Will never bring my truck back to this place or buy a truck from them again. I brought my truck in because the check engine light was on. I believed it to be an issue with the emissions. I do think they diagnosed this problem correctly, but then proceeded to tell me several other issues with the truck. All of which were nonsense and going to be costly to the tune of $9000 plus. Then they acted like it was a miscommunication. Bunch of buffoons working at this place. Took my truck to an honest mechanic and fixed my truck for $500. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place unless you enjoy paying for “repairs “ you don’t need. I WILL NEVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE AGAIN! More

I worked with Desiree to get new tires on my Explorer. She was great and able to get me in the same day I contacted her. The text notification system to keep me in the loop during the process worked grea She was great and able to get me in the same day I contacted her. Recently bought a Bronco Raptor. The experience did not start well. We were greeted by a salesman and we told the salesman that we were interested in a specific Bronco Raptor. We were then questioned if we were serious buyers because only serious buyers were allowed to look at the Bronco Raptors. It wasn’t until we told the salesman that we were going to do a cash deal that he became nice. We left that day without a car. Until 2 weeks later we received a phone call saying it was the end of the month and they wanted to sell the bronco. Overall, if another ford dealership has this bronco, I would have rather bought it there. Salesman was not very welcoming and we almost left before looking more into the bronco. More
