I needed a flat tire fixed, an oil change and a car wash. Mike Yurczak got me all set up and everything was taken care of. Mike is an asset to this company and is the reason for this review. I always go here and will keep returning. The waiting area is pleasant and makes the wait easier. This place was very busy and the reason why is it's employees. Suggestions were made to streamline our licensing since we are part time residents. Everyone in the dealership was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Atrocious Service! Absolutely disgusting service. I have two outstanding TSB's on my leased Titanium vehicle and scheduled an appointment in person and they refused to e Absolutely disgusting service. I have two outstanding TSB's on my leased Titanium vehicle and scheduled an appointment in person and they refused to even look at my car when I arrived claiming they were too busy with out of towners. I then had to schedule a follow up appointment and then was told they didn't have a loaner car for me and that they might be able to look at my car in the next 7 to 10 days even though i had an appointment. I gave them one last opportunity and scheduled another appointment for today. Instead of calling me, they sent me an email informing me that they decided to cancel my appointment without reason and instructed me to call them to request a new appointment or to go online to schedule an appointment. More
