I recognize excellent service at a glance being in Customer Service management for most of my career. When I entered the service department to meet my service advisor, Steve Heinking, I was late and t Customer Service management for most of my career. I smiled to myself as I watched Steve take great care of those customers with a pep to his step and a joyful attitude. Steve was quick and efficient! Shortly after, it was my turn. My Fusion had a few recalls and some other needed work. Steve explained the details involved and I thought I would never see my car again (ha-ha)! I observed him coordinating with other members of the service team. I could see the pride this dealership has for service. Well, I DID get my car back sooner than expected.
