I had a really great car buying experience with Coccia Lincoln, so much so that I actually took the time to write this review. I live about 3 hours away from their dealership, but they had the car I w Lincoln, so much so that I actually took the time to write this review. I live about 3 hours away from their dealership, but they had the car I wanted in stock, and so I reached out to them about purchasing it. We negotiated the whole transaction remotely and painlessly, and I finally made the long trip to beautiful Wilkes-Barre (it was actually a really nice drive) to pick it up once everything was finalized. When I got to the dealer, they had everything ready to go for me, and took the time to sit with me and show me how everything in the car worked - unexpected and really nice of them. When I think about the process of getting a new car, it's never something I look forward to. But John Kuna and the team at Coccia really made the process painless, and dare I say, even enjoyable, so that I could focus on enjoying my new Lincoln. Despite the fact that there are many other Lincoln dealers much closer to me, I would absolutely come back to Coccia for my next car. More

I’m not generally one to leave a bad review and always try to give the benefit of the doubt but it’s been one thing after another with coccia. I got my car from coccia back in November where the salesma try to give the benefit of the doubt but it’s been one thing after another with coccia. I got my car from coccia back in November where the salesman said as long as I bring my car back to them for an oil change then they are free for the term of my lease. I even told him I live an hour away and asked if I could take it to Gibbons and get the same deal since they’re also a ford dealer, he told me no and that in order for the oil changes to be free I would need to bring it to coccia. Fast forward to March, I schedule my first oil change as well an issue I was having with my car grinding around slow turns and taking a long time to go into reverse. They said they couldn’t find any of the issues my car was having and also told me that there’s no free oil changes. So was that part of the salesman’s pitch to get me to get the car from him? They also charged me to not find the issue with my car. This was my first straw. I didn’t make a big deal about it, just gave the benefit of the doubt and moved on. Fast forward to June, I take it back again because the issues I was having got worse, more grinding and longer to kick into reverse. This time they find all the issues, ironic. I got a loaner car because they told me the car was unsafe to drive. It only took them 5 days to get the parts in and fixed, not bad. Upon picking my car back up and returning the loaner they called to tell me I was being charged a cleaning fee for the floor not being spotless, it hardly had anything on the floor, I only had it five days and only drove it to work and back three days. Mind you the paperwork didn’t say anything about vacuuming it before bringing it back in, all it said was no animals and no smoking which neither were done. If I knew a little dirt from getting in and out was going to be an issue, I would have vacuumed it out beforehand instead of paying them $50 to do a 30 second vacuum job. Needless to say, we will not be going back to coccia, instead we will return to Gibbons for all of our vehicle needs. More
