When the sales guy couldn't answer a question, he called on someone who could. I had a really great car buying experience with Coccia Lincoln, so much so that I actually took the time to write this review. I live about 3 hours away from their dealership, but they had the car I w Lincoln, so much so that I actually took the time to write this review. I live about 3 hours away from their dealership, but they had the car I wanted in stock, and so I reached out to them about purchasing it. We negotiated the whole transaction remotely and painlessly, and I finally made the long trip to beautiful Wilkes-Barre (it was actually a really nice drive) to pick it up once everything was finalized. When I got to the dealer, they had everything ready to go for me, and took the time to sit with me and show me how everything in the car worked - unexpected and really nice of them. When I think about the process of getting a new car, it's never something I look forward to. But John Kuna and the team at Coccia really made the process painless, and dare I say, even enjoyable, so that I could focus on enjoying my new Lincoln. Despite the fact that there are many other Lincoln dealers much closer to me, I would absolutely come back to Coccia for my next car. More
