Brad was extremely well informed about the MKC's features which he explained to us in detail. Price negotiation was pleasant. Absolutely no pressure to buy and Brad never tried to push options we didn't want or need. We never felt rushed. After we purchased the car Brad said he would come in at any time to deliver it to us, even if it was at a time he was not scheduled to be at work. When we picked up the car Brad explained the features & electronics in detail. A few days after we took delivery, Brad called me to see if we liked the car & if we had any questions. He said to call him at any time if we do have questions. Brad is a real class act. I would recommend him highly if any of my family or friends are in the market for a Lincoln or Ford product. More

This dealership beat all the ongoing deals I saw, and Kevin worked with me so I was able to stay within my budget for monthly payments. He also made sure to check for possible discounts (recent college graduate, etc.) and apply the ones I met. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, and Kevin took time to go over the controls and make sure I was comfortable in the Ford Fusion I leased. He let me know I could call him anytime with questions. For anyone looking to buy or lease a vehicle, you should at least check in at Coccia. I get the sincere feeling that this is a dealership where on-going relationships are important.
