Happy New 2015 Lincoln MKX owner I purchased my 2010 Lincoln MKX from Coccia in 2012 and was looking to upgrade. My wife spoke with John Kuna by phone and explained what we were look I purchased my 2010 Lincoln MKX from Coccia in 2012 and was looking to upgrade. My wife spoke with John Kuna by phone and explained what we were looking for and in what time frame when we would be ready to purchase. Within days, John called to inform us he had the Lincoln we may like. We went to Coccia the next day to meet with John and sure enough, we were interested. After speaking with John and a test ride, we drove home with our 2015 limited edition Lincoln MKX that day. John and the staff were great to work with and we would recommend anyone to see John Kuna when looking for a Ford or Lincoln. Overall excellent experience and we will be back at Coccia in the future. My wife actually cleaned the vehicle herself when she got home because she knew if I were with her I would not have accepted delivery. I'd never purchased a vehicle from Coccia Ford, but stopped in around noon on Wednesday, March 18, 2014, to discuss the possibility of trading my 2010 Ford Focus in. I had no issues with my 2010, but it was out-of-warranty and I wanted to explore my options. I met up with Coccia Ford salesman Jim Bufalino. He was polite and courteous, a professional in all ways. I talked, he listened. He talked, I listened. I asked questions, he answered them -- thoroughly and completely. By 1, we had a no cash up-front deal for a trade. By 4, I was turning out of Coccia's lot one very happy and satisfied customer. No issues with anyone I dealt with Coccia. They're a great group of people.
