Took a ride out to Coccia Ford under recommendation of another party. Saw what I was interested in at the dealer, a SUV, and asked for trail drive. Loved the way it handled and found one thing I was not completely satisfied about, and told my salesman, who told me he would have it looked at and corrected. Was informed two days later that I was approved and could come in to pick up my car. My salesman -Brian- picked me up at mu home and drove me to the dealership. As of now, I can still say, I am very satisfied with my purchase and I love Fords. This is my third Ford vehicle. More

Coccia Ford Lemon My first encounter with Coccia Ford Lincoln was when I had problems with a Lincoln I previously had bought at a totally different dealership. Coccia My first encounter with Coccia Ford Lincoln was when I had problems with a Lincoln I previously had bought at a totally different dealership. Coccia helped fix what was wrong with it, at a stiff price. But fixed none the less. The staff in the service office were very nice and helpful at this point. A few months have gone by since the repair on the transmission, the problem had come back. It was a re manufacturedo part. They tell me that the same thing is happening and needs to be replaced. The part was through a third party manufacturer/dealer which food not want to help whatsoever, even with a year warranty on the part. So instead they push me towards a certified pre-owned Lincoln MKS year old at the time , slightly higher milage. The car was beautiful, just what iwad looking for. It was sharp and decently priced. The trade in on the Lincoln MKZ I was having issues with was real low ball, but you kind of expect that. They told me the MKS just came in and they needed to do their complete check over the whole car. Make sure everything is working and in good condition. The next day they say it's ready. I was so excited. After about a week of driving the new car and getting used to the car. I notice a noise loose in the front end. It was like a second rattle. Like after you hit a bump you expect a noise but it was like the initial shock then like ding-di-ding.something seemed loose so I take it in. They tell me there's nothing wrong and the sound can't be reproduced. So I drove about two weeks noise drove me nuts. I take it back and they insist I ride with someone to show them what they're missing.I do and It's clearly making the noise. I'm being told that it sounds like a car should sound going over bumps and there's not really a noise or anything he can hear. How can he not hear it? They insist we take the exact same car off the lot to drive it and see if it's normal and if the noise replicates in a similar car. Ok,I'll play along. We drive the twin car. This service manager says "see this one does it can you hear it?" It wasn't at all not one bit. I'm like come on you couldn't hear anything in my car but now you can hear it in this car? He is trying to play me a fool and to my face no less. He insists it must just be the way they ride! I lost it. Started driving the car over every large hole I could find. Trying to prove a point. Nothing. My car clearly was making the noise. So after basically pulling teeth we get back to my car. Now he can hear kind of what I'm talking about but says you caneed barely hear that. They take it in. The First replacement was the right strut. That didn't do it. They use this sound device where they mount it to the chassis or somewhere under the hood so they can tell where this noise is coming from. So they take it back. They change the same strut. Like that worked the first time. At this time I ask why are my tires so low profile compared to all the other cars and could this be causing this? They told me there's nothing wrong with the tires. It Turns out after they're so called certified inspection. Someone put tires on my car that were two sizes too small from stock. Definitely overlooked in this so called certified inspection. They change the tires but no change in the sound. Next is the tie rods, and finally the entire steering rack was replaced. All this work and Still not fixed. About 5 months into this. They ask Ford specialists what they think. They say. Maybe it's a weld that broke out a seam. I tell them if it's either of those they can keep the car. They call me a day or so after and they say it's finally fixed. It was a lower control arm bushing.so they say. However, whatever it was. It fixed the noise. They always made me prove the noise, every time I came back I got more of an attitude, like I war bothering them. I may have had to jump through hoops for months but they did finally fix the issue. The sunroof or something leaks when it rains cuz my roof liner is always wet and leaves a stain. Brought it there for that a few times. They say they had to clean out the drain holes but 18 months later still when a hard rain or a drive through car wash. I get water saturating my ceiling liner. I live in northeast PA. POTHOLE central. Needless to say the noise came back in the front end. I've taken it to them but they say nothing is wrong. Yet again. As if this is impossible because they fixed it once. The car cane wroth a comprehensive bumper to bumper warranty, which I paid nearly $2000.00 cash to extend from 50,000 miles to 125,000 miles or 5 years which ever comes first. 3 weeks since they told me that there is nothing wrong with the front of the car. So now my front end is much louder. Like its seriously loose. Not to mention my tires are wearing wrong now. I take the car there and I look at the miles and write it down when I bring it there. They keep it over night or a day. They wash it and say nothing is wrong. But because there is no mile change that consists with a test drive. I'm pretty certain of that because I have been there so many times with a problem. That they think of me as the guy who just because he has a warranty that every little noise should be fixed. And for that reason I'm almost certain that they don't even bother to check it over. It's sad really. I've explained that yes I have the warranty, so yes, I want my car fixed. Especially if it's not right. Regardless of the warranty. I've even offered to pay out of pocket full price just so they would fix it. That I'm not just trying to get every little thing fixed under warranty. They try to talk me into getting a different car almost every time I go there to have the car liked at our fir my service appointments. I don't want another car. I just want the one you already swindled me into buying finally fixed. Simple. They are good when it comes to customer service most of the time. But when it comes to the actually service or mechanical work? . Good luck. They try to make you feel stupid. But I'm sure the day that the warranty ends. On that day they will find the problems. They have one senior mechanic and every other mechanic ive seen bare just kids. All the other senior mechanics left I've heard to go to Gibbons Ford. I will tell you this. Gibbons Ford they are great. But never have rental cars available and are scheduled out weeks. I'm guessing because so many people go there to get work done. If you want a Ford or Lincoln. Go somewhere else. You'll be much happier! More
