I started my car buying in early December and ended up over two months later driving off in my gorgeous MKZ. John contacted me throughout this time but did not cross the line of being annoying. He truly was the best salesman I ever had. I will be a Coccia customer for life mainly because of John but also everyone I spoke to were very polite throughout the dealership.
