New RAV4 purchase with excellent sales experience Bought my first Toyota on December 29 after much research and many dealer visits - Subaru, Ford, Nissan, Hyundai, Jeep and Toyota. Salesperson Jonah Bought my first Toyota on December 29 after much research and many dealer visits - Subaru, Ford, Nissan, Hyundai, Jeep and Toyota. Salesperson Jonah Amlett was thorough and patient, pleasantly persistent and got the sale. He made sure that I was happy with my decision and the price negotiated. This is a busy week to buy a vehicle and Jonah never rushed me to move on to the next customer. I love my 2018 RAV4 Limited! More

So disappointed in this company Once my experience with this company is over- NEVER again will I work or recommend them to anyone (nor, their sister company). Approximately 2 wee Once my experience with this company is over- NEVER again will I work or recommend them to anyone (nor, their sister company). Approximately 2 weeks ago, I went in there to purchase a used vehicle for my daughter with cash. Found her a car that came with a 60 day warranty. Test drove the car and showed no issues. She drove the car home which took approximately 30 minutes. The car then sat in the driveway that evening, the next morning she went out to run an errand and she couldn't get the car out of park and the check engine light came on..... we found a shift lock area and she was able to get the car out of park by pushing that button. She then immediately took it to the dealer and they told her to come back in the morning at 9 a.m. she did so- they sent the car to a Nissan dealer who sent IN WRITING to me what they found wrong with the car (approx 2500.00 worth of items that would need to be fixed)- I communicated this information to the sales guy we have been dealing with (Rob Warren- he's great by the way!) And he immediately went to his GM to explain the situation. I asked to return the car, obtain a refund and take my business elsewhere because I felt and still feel they were being deceitful and dishonest. Mr. Warren then responded back stating that his GM would not give a refund as it's not their policy (remind you the car was driven for 30 minutes tops! And they have had the car in their possession for over a week!) GM is named Jim Pyron- I find Mr. Pyron to be a dishonest businessman that does not operate his best morally or ethically and I found his answer of no refund to be unsatisfactory. Mr. Warren sympathized with my situation and advised Mr. Pyron had the final answer. So Mr. Warren stated for me to come back in to look for a trade as this was our only option, we did so.... we found a car, yet Cobb County Toyota wanted to reduce how much they were willing to take for the car we had just purchased from them that they have had in their possession. I advised them it was no deal. We were then told due to the fact we have in writing what needs to be fixed on the car we purchased they can't sell it and have to send to the auction. As it stands right now, Mr. Warren is still looking for a car for us and they still have my $$$$. So needless to say, they have my $$$$ and we still have NO car! Best words of advice- DO NOT deal or work with this company until they can find new management and until their management can learn some PR skills. Word of mouth runs very rampant and you can guarantee I will be and am informing all of my business associates of what I am currently going through with this company. Hopefully, the formal letter or review, the complaint to the BBB and the letter to our State AG's office along with the certified letter that I am sending to the owners residence will make a difference in how they operate. Kennesaw where this business operates and the local surrounding areas are small communities- word will get around quickly. Including, the Woodstock area that their sister company operates. I will update this review once this situation has been dealt with and resolved with the outcome. More

I was out of town for a few days and and I offered to pay for the car cash in order secure the deal. ONE day before I was going to pick up the car Steve Clark (used car Manager) decided to send the car to the auction. I found out and I called him and asked him to please pull the car from the auction started and he refused!! HORRIBLE business practice!! More

Poor Service Update: Today, I have spoken with the Mechanic who Re-serviced my car from Toyota yesterday. Two plastic screws missing corrected Job#1 and Job#2 wa Update: Today, I have spoken with the Mechanic who Re-serviced my car from Toyota yesterday. Two plastic screws missing corrected Job#1 and Job#2 was a minor repair. With the “Oil Pan,” he explained to me that, in the near future, it will need to be replaced but it is not as drastic as having my car towed home from the Dealership. Again, David Roth, Service Representative never answered my question about the Oil Change being completed; he sent my paperwork to the Cashier. Also, yesterday, when I inquired about a broken console in my car, he sent me to the Parts Department to order it. I explained what was broken, and the Representative showed me a picture. I asked him if he could look in my car to make sure that it is the correct part before ordering it. He responded, “I am not a mechanic,” and I replied, “Neither am I; I was told by the Representative above to come to you and order the part.” This Representative is telling me that the Service Person is supposed to be ordering this part, but the Service Person has me ordering the part. While Toyota was working on my car yesterday, I was supposed to be pricing a new car with them and that is not going to happen. I am making repairs too my 2004 Toyota Corolla to donate it on the same day that I purchase a new car. I will have the “Oil Pan” replaced before donating the car. Again, I will not be returning to Toyota at Kennesaw for any future business. More

horrible customer service I took my 05 Corolla in yesterday for 2 recalls and had a terrible experience. When I first called to schedule the appointment everything was great.. I took my 05 Corolla in yesterday for 2 recalls and had a terrible experience. When I first called to schedule the appointment everything was great.. they told me they didnt have the part for one but the recall was to inspect then order a part if needed (which i was fine with). When i got there they seemed disorganized one person greeted me at my car (good so far) then some other guy came up and started talking without even introducing himself (this is who i ended up working with). I went over to his desk where he proceed to tell me it would be several hours and asked if someone was coming to pick me up. When i told him i had no one to pick me up he said well it will be a long wait and asked how faraway i lived. When i told him 20 minutes he said well i could get you a ride home but not back here so that wont work and proceeded with his paperwork. He explained nothing to me but told me he would call me when my car was ready. Two and a half to two hours and forty five minute later i received a phone call telling me my car was ready. I went to the cashier who seemed surprised to see me. She proceeded to give me my total and again seemed surprised when it was 0 (it was a recall). I asked her the outcome of the inspection of the one part and she said she did not know and could not tell from the paperwork that i would have to go ask Bob outside. I got my keys and proceeded to go ask Bob. He seem surpassed that i was coming to see him and quickly stated well they replaced both without looking a the paperwork. This surprised me since i was told they would need to order parts but i was happy i would not have to come wait again ( I spent my day off work waiting on my car). He could/would not tell me if they replaced it due to it being cracked or just as a precaution. When i got to my car it really went down hill. I started my car and it shook really bad. My car has never shaken before and i was concerned. I let it run for a few minutes before going back to Bob who now seemed annoyed. I explained to him that my car is shaking and never has before so he said he would come take a look. He started the car and stated well it does this sometimes when the battery is disconnected (has never done so in the past when the battery has been changed). I told him that it has never done it before and it needed to be looked at. He said he would take it back to the service department and have them look. He came back 5 minute later and said its fine. They cleaned the throttle body and said it would have been fine if i had just driven it. Said cars with high milage do this sometimes. (honestly i don't think 180000 miles is very "high milage" for a 2005). He was very short and walked away. I drove the car to a near by location where i waited on my boyfriend to meet me. It was no longer shaking but when i let it sit and idle i could smell the cleaner they sprayed in the throttle body burning off. I am concerned that what really happened is that they did not connect all of the wires on the main control module that they replaced and were blaming it on something else because they thought they could get away with it because Im a woman. I will not be going back to Cobb County Toyota. I am highly dissatisfied with their customer service and how recall are taken care of. I spent my day off work waiting on them, then being stressed out that something may still be wrong with my vehicle. I am currently in the market ( trying to save for and decide what i want) for a newer vehicle and would like a Toyota since my current one has been great, but will not be considering any vehicles from this lot.
