Don’t buy from them! Untrustworthy DON’T BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE NOT HONEST. If there was a zero star that’s what I would rate them. I bought a 2015 Ford Fusion from Cobb County Toyo DON’T BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE NOT HONEST. If there was a zero star that’s what I would rate them. I bought a 2015 Ford Fusion from Cobb County Toyota on 10/13/19 for my 16 year old daughter. Anthony Ortiz was our sales rep. My daughter had saved her money for two summers to buy car, her budget was $10k, including tag, tax, and title. I told this to Anthony, and he said he would talk to his manager. The car was originally $11k, but they were willing to settle for $10,500, which was still out of our price point. We got in our car and was ready to leave. Anthony went to talk to his sales manager Merrick Shaw to see if they could reduce the price. Anthony returned and knocked on my window as we were backing up to leave. After negotiations and consideration, we bought the car for $10k. Before we left, we noticed some slight dent on the drivers side door. Anthony acknowledged the dent and he stated that it wouldn’t be a problem for their dent specialist to approve it. However, it was Sunday and they were closed, for us to bring the car back on any Tuesday or Thursday and they would fix it. Because of this we finished the paperwork and took the car home. I contacted Anthony to schedule an appointment and he said I can bring it in on a Tuesday or Thursday. We brought the car on a Thursday and was told by the dent specialist that their internal body shop would have to repair it for $700 and would need sales manager approval. We went to talk to Merrick Shaw, the sales manager to get approval and that’s when he told us they weren’t going to fix it because they had lost enough money on the sales of the car. We were shocked of how easy it was for them to go back on their word and honor their commitment. I told them that if they had been transparent and told us they weren’t going to fix it, we would have walked away. When I contacted Anthony to see if there was anyway to fix the situation before I took matters into my own hand, he said there’s nothing he can do. So here I am warning others so they don’t make the same mistake. This was highly unprofessional and unscrupulous. I see how car salesmen have earned their reputation of being sleazy, cutthroat, untrustworthy, seedy, and dishonest. The most disappointing thing about this dealership is it’s overall lack of integrity and willingness to blatantly lie. More

GAP insurance DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT get GAP insurance. It is a rip off. Jason Wade pressured me to get the insurance and stated if something ever happened, whatev DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT get GAP insurance. It is a rip off. They do not tell you the FINE print. When I complained to them, Brad said there is always fine print and we do not have time to explain that to every customers. What kind of business is that??? I got a new carmy in 2018 and recently, my car was totaled out. After the insurance gave me a check I still owed on the loan and GAP will not pay the rest. Something about, because geico did not give me what the car was worth, they will not pay. That is not how it is was explained to me from Jason Wade. Also I am not a car salesman so I did not know what it was worth. I looked at the NADA and they gave the what that value was, however, I did not fight it because I assumed my GAP insurance would cover the rest, like I was told. GAP and car insurances such as Geico go by two different things when getting the value of the car.Unfortunately for me, that did not happened. Again, who would have known this. I will never buy from this dealer again. Basically, they get commission off of it so he pushed the sale and on me and it did not do what he said. So, basically he lied to me, and I am stuck with the remainder of the loan. More
