We had an outstanding experience with Cobb County Toyota and James Osby. We stopped by just before closing on a Sunday and saw what we had been looking for on the far back lot. The truck had just arrived and was several days away from being ready to be put on the front lot for sale. We went in right at closing time and were met by James Osby. Although it was late, James was in no hurry to get us out the door, in fact he was very patient and spent a great deal of time answering our questions etc.. well after hours. When we left James said that he would call me the next morning which he did. He also expedited the truck through service and also had it detailed for us. We met later that day and worked out a deal on my trade in and also finalized our purchase. We felt very comfortable with James and never once felt pressured throughout the process. I have bought a lot of vehicles in 63 years for myself and family members and this was as good as it gets. I highly recommend Cobb Couty Toyota and James Osby. More

Mark Kligerman is a jerk. He is very condescending, and goes back and forth about the price w no bottom line price. I presented him 2 offers from other dealers. He just kept asking did I want him to match goes back and forth about the price w no bottom line price. I presented him 2 offers from other dealers. He just kept asking did I want him to match either offer over 2 days of emails. No I want your best price on your vehicle. They claim to have no dealer fee and their msrp is less on one dealers similar truck by 860 so they should be less? Problem is Mark would never give an out the door price. Common sense would tell you to beat their offer or give me your best. I never got a price from him. I have had dealings w him before and each time he never gives a straight answer. Run away if he is your sales person. Ask for Rob at least he listens and tries to be helpful. The only consistent issue from the dealership itself is they do not want to give a good price on the car and apr. They always make you refi w A+ credit trying to charge rates in the 4-5% range and I get 2% etc from credit unions. More

He is a kind and helpful person. We agreed on a deal but that quickly changed when we went inside to finalize everything. JASON WADE WAS VERY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND HAD A VERY NASTY ATTITUDE. He rudely dismissed the deal Tim and I agreed on and wanted to create his terms without the buyer in mind. THAT IS RIDICULOUS AND UNACCEPTABLE. The GM, ROB SMITH WAS JUST AS EQUALLY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND HAD A VERY NASTY ATTITUDE. More
