Service advisor Costas was horrible. It’s making me reconsider if I want to continue to get service at Cobb county Toyota. he claimed I had an appointment but after 3 hrs of service time It’s making me reconsider if I want to continue to get service at Cobb county Toyota. he claimed I had an appointment but after 3 hrs of service time for 4 tires an alignment and an oil change he wanted to laugh when I asked if I had a service appointment. He never produced any documentation of the appointment. Then he claimed that I was 15 mins late, Which I called and told him that I had a dead battery and I would be late. He should have told me that it would be a 3 hr service. Then he said my truck would be finished by 1pm at the latest. It was 130 when they finished. I asked for a discount for the 3 hour svc and he laughed and said absolutely not like he had a chip on his shoulder. I will check to see if he gave me the initial discount that he promised b4 svc. Lastly all the other svc reps came in the wait area to talk to their ppl. No he calls me on the phone to talk to me about my truck . his cust svc skills are horrible. He just says ‘I got you’.
