Mark Kligerman is the only thing good about this dealer. Dated, old school sales mentality, rude, talks about customers when they are on the lot, takes forever to process paperwork, messes up paperwork. I c Dated, old school sales mentality, rude, talks about customers when they are on the lot, takes forever to process paperwork, messes up paperwork. I could go on and on... I drove hours to buy a vehicle from here. Love my vehicle, hate this dealership. More
Go somewhere else for your service. They will make their own decisions on how to service your car without letting you know until after the fact. They will make their own decisions on how to service your car without letting you know until after the fact. More
We always have had good experiences with the good folks at Cobb County Toyota. Over the years our family has purchased more than 5 cars from the dealership. We have been very pleased with all of our purcha at Cobb County Toyota. Over the years our family has purchased more than 5 cars from the dealership. We have been very pleased with all of our purchases. The price, buying experience, professional, friendly staff and management are the reasons we continue to buy our family vehicles from Cobb County Toyota. The staff took extra time to explain all the many features of our recent purchase of a 2022 Toyota Highlander. I fully recommend you to give the good folks at Cobb County Toyota a call the next time you are looking to buy a good reliable car. Signed Mike and Cindi More
We have bought most of our Toyota's from Cobb County Toyota over the years and in the last two and a half years we have bought a 2018 Camry, 2 Tacoma TRD's, and just recently a 2022 Corolla XLE. We lov Toyota over the years and in the last two and a half years we have bought a 2018 Camry, 2 Tacoma TRD's, and just recently a 2022 Corolla XLE. We love the dependability of the brand. Our salespersons, Mark Kligerman and Josh White, were great to work with. They know Toyota's. We also love Cobb County Toyota's Service Department. Always a good experience. Would have given 5 stars, but there were no incentives or loyalty bonus for long time Toyota buyers. Just Military and College Grads. More

All along we felt that our salesperson was our champion, guiding us down the path of least resistance. Throughout all the challenges (trucker's blockades, factory disruptions, general supply chain shortages guiding us down the path of least resistance. Throughout all the challenges (trucker's blockades, factory disruptions, general supply chain shortages) and subsequent delays, the out the door price remained consistent. Everything was taken care of on our behalf. We did our homework: we checked (online) dealers all over Georgia for price and inventory (Savannah, Athens, Atlanta, Macon, Columbus). Whereas inventory was dependent upon factory deliveries at all dealers, the price was NOT the same everywhere. I guess people have money to throw away by going elsewhere or maybe they are forced to go to the closest dealer. If you have a chance, check out Cobb County Toyota. PS we bought a 2022 RAV4 Hybrid. Toyota is second to none in Hybrid technology. More
Cobb County Toyota has THE BEST Salesman I have ever worked with! Claude Henry greeted us as soon as we got out of our vehicle. He wasn't pushy, but asked what we were interested in. He completely expl worked with! Claude Henry greeted us as soon as we got out of our vehicle. He wasn't pushy, but asked what we were interested in. He completely explained all the features of the vehicle before we got in it (believe me, he knows his cars). He was very informative on the test drive, explaining all the safety features and getting me to use so I could see how they work. He made my purchase so smooth and easy. After signing the paperwork and about to leave, Claude Henry met me at the vehicle and showed me every feature on the vehicle and how to set up and work each feature! I have never had a friendlier, more detailed salesman in my life! The last car I bought I had to pick up after dark, and I had to figure out how to turn the lights on and every feature about it on my own. I 100% recommend Cobb County Toyota, and especially Claude! The sales manager (don't remember his name)was very nice and kept checking to see if everything was o.k. and if we needed a drink or anything. My husband took it back the next day for window tinting. Claude and everyone treated him exceptional as he waited. The last vehicle we bought from a different dealership didn't even acknowledge us when we went back the next week to have something done.Don't forget to ask for Claude Henry if you go here! More
Cobb County Toyota almost did it. They almost could have said “when all the other dealers were using the pandemic as an excuse to show the public all the stereotypes about car dealers are true, we didn’t be said “when all the other dealers were using the pandemic as an excuse to show the public all the stereotypes about car dealers are true, we didn’t bend our ethics and didn’t add ‘market adjustment costs’ on top of our invoice price just so we could rip people off”. Unfortunately, that’s no longer true. Their “yeah, that’s how Marietta Toyota does business but we’re a family owned business and our owners don’t believe I treating customers that way” has now been proven to be - yep - the usual car dealer BS. Too bad, but at least no one has to listen to the sanctimony anymore. Buyer beware. We’ll continue our search for an honest dealership and if we don’t find one (not holding our breath), we’ll wait until this nonsense blows over in 6-12 months and consider buying then. More
